“ The City Bar and Diner is fast becoming our favourite restaurant in Aberdeen. Our most recent visit was for dinner on a Friday night. The food and service was fantastic as usual. The portions are very generous and it is competitively priced. Really enjoyed it and looking forward to our next visit soon. ”

“ Really Nice Diner. Considered going for a long time, but no menu online made us stay away. Covid & Flu jab today, so decided to try as only 5 mins from old John Lewis building. We were really impressed with the food, the staff & the feel of the place. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Cheese Steak sandwich was really nice. The chips had a nice crunch and fluffy on the inside. The Mac cheese burger was lovely, and the star of the show was the onion rings. They are not on the menu, but we recommend trying them. Everything was fresh and we will return soon. Update: back for Covid and flu jab. Still really good, everything fresh, service good. They just need to get their website up and running or stick the menu on current site, especially for the evening menu. ”

The food the kitchen team is serving up is very impressive and what I love most is the creativity of the different dishes. What you envision in your mind might not necessarily be what you get on your plate, but I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal there once. If you haven’t already go give it a try, I can almost bet it will be a place you’ll visit again and again. ”
